Account Manager

Your job

You are involved and strive for the successful execution of your own (content) marketing projects.
You are a natural planner, love checking off to-do lists, and are not afraid of deadlines.
You monitor the timings, content, and quality throughout the entire process.
You effortlessly translate the customer’s needs into clear briefings. Your colleagues describe your briefings as inspiring, structured and always on time.
You can think commercially and it doesn’t matter whether it’s B2C or B2B.
You possess strong organizational and communication skills and can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
You are not deterred by unforeseen circumstances.
You are responsible for customer relations. As an account manager, your focus is on building and maintaining good relationships with the various customers.

Your profile

You are a fluent communicator and a born networker.
You think customer-oriented, communicate proactively with your clients, and are open to feedback.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French and/or English.
Customisation is your speciality. A briefing will never look the same twice.
Creativity and customer focus are keywords that you value highly.
Your personality fills the room and you exude a natural power of persuasion. That is why – in addition to your colleagues – customers are also eager to work with you.
You love structure in your work, moving forward step by step, and working towards a clear goal.
You have an eye for detail, work precisely, and quickly spot that one mistake.
You can independently organize, keep an overview of your to-dos, and are stress-resistant.
You don’t shy away from a challenge and prefer to tackle tasks head-on rather than sit and wait.
